Wedding Structures and flower lab upgrades
If you’ve read our blog, you already know that The Flower Lab was created to provide affordable wedding flowers that don’t require your wedding party and you to DIY your decor in the days leading up to your big day. We post all of our prices online, and also some of you may be unaware of our upgrades and special request process.
Baby’s Breath Classic Collection Centerpiece in Silver Vase
One upgrade that we highly recommend is replacing the standard glass container with a silver or gold compote. This Flower Lab couple selected the Baby’s Breath Classic Collection, and upgraded the container from glass to silver. They paired the centerpieces with candlesticks and candelabras they bought themselves. The overall effect was stunningly crisp and elegant, and the silver bowls made a huge difference!
Another upgrade that we offer is delivery within the Greater Saint Louis Area. This is ideal if you want a stress-free option; we will work with you and your venue coordinator or wedding planner to ensure a seamless hand off. Delivery fees range from $150 to $350 depending on the size of your order and delivery location. When we deliver your wedding decor, we provide all of our usual instructions to the onsite person.
White Garden Collection with Blue Delphinium
When this couple contacted us about wedding flowers, they mentioned that they wanted a pop of blue in their personal flowers. We were able to add blue delphinium without changing the overall design, which was very meaningful to them!
If you want to add a special bloom to your Flower Lab order, just let us know. When you submit your wishlist online, make a note of the flower or color flower you are hoping to incorporate and where you want it (ie. boutonnieres, bouquet, centerpieces). We will get the pricing for your request and include it in the proposal we send you.
Ceremony structure flowers are the most common one-off request that we receive. If you'd like the Flower Lab to create a floral accent for your ceremony structure, please send us a picture of the structure. We'll gather some information from you and let you know what we can do!
A great alternative to floral on a ceremony arch is purchasing a few items from our add-ons and creating a layered look using the Large Arrangement and Candle Kit.
