Real Wedding: A Modern Classic Wedding for Shanae and Dan
Like many modern couples, Shanae and Dan met online. They quickly learned that they had a lot in common and after a few years of dating, Dan surprised Shanae on a weekend getaway with bended knee and an heirloom diamond ring.
On the day of their wedding, Shanae and Dan gave each other a love letter and keepsake candle.
One memory that stands out for Shanae was “taking a deep breath and walking out to meet my groom at the aisle... I can still see him smiling with happy tears as our eyes met down the aisle.”
The couple had a refined style with blended classic and modern elements, ensuring a timeless and elevated affair. Their colors were emerald green, gold and red!
One classic choice that Shanae made was her wedding bouquet. She selected her bridal bouquet from the Rose Collection with red roses instead of white
In addition, she asked The team at The Flower Lab to add baby’s breath to make the bouquet her dream style.
For her bridesmaids, Shanae selected the mini bouquets in red roses. These nosegays were the perfect accessory to create a cohesive wedding look.
For their reception, the couple hosted their guests at The McPherson. Their wedding planner, Divine Events, helped design and setup their wedding reception, ensuring the couple had a stress-free and beautiful evening.
The couples final words of advice:
“Hire an experienced wedding planner” and “for the love of God, make sure you both eat something.”
